Ingredients Required.
2 eggs
1/4castor sugar
250ml milk
21/2cps self-raising flour.
3/4 margarine. Butter or Any suitable fat for baking
1/2cup orange juice
Method
Cream margarine and sugar till cream-white in color.
Beat the eggs add milk and juice.
Add the liquid to the flour. Alternately.
Make a dropping consistency mixture.
Spoon the mixture into cup cases.
Bake at a moderate temperature for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool.
