How To Prepare And Bake Coconut Scones.

Coconut Scones Ingredients.



8 cups of flour.

8 teaspoons baking powder.

500g wooden spoon margarine.

1 teaspoon vanilla essence.

4 piece of eggs.

1 and half cup inkomazi/Maas.

1 cup coconut.


Method of preparation.

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients. And then add the margarine mix until it looks like bread crumbs. In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients and add to the flour mixture. Cut into preferred shape and use an extra egg for egg wash (brushing on the top using egg).
