Eggless chocolate cupcakes Ingredients.



1 1/2 cups of flour, I used self raising flour.

1 teaspoon baking powder.

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup cocoa

1 teaspoon coffee.

1/2 teaspoon bicard of soda.

1/2 teaspoon salt.

1 cup lukewarm water.

1/2 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla essence.

1 teaspoon white vinegar or apple cider vinegar.


Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix together oil, water, vanilla and vinegar.

Add to dry ingredients.


Mix well until well incorporated.

Pour batter into paper cups.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.


Ganache topping

1 slab plain milk chocolate.

200 ml fresh cream.

Heat cream in a pan till it starts to simmer.

Do not boil.

Pour over broken chocolate.

Mix well until its blended.

Once both the cupcakes and Ganache has cooled, pour Ganache over the cupcakes.
